    This other comment by the bot is so uncanny valley. Like it almost makes sense, and seems like it could have been written by a real person except that it doesn’t actually make sense in context.

    I can’t support shutting down r/programming. While it may seem like a good idea for some, censoring information and restricting access sets a dangerous precedent. Let’s allow discussions to continue, even if we don’t agree with them. It’s better to keep channels of communication open, even if some of the content is unpopular.
