    When wages are not keeping up with inflation, then wages are going down. There’s nothing misleading here.

      Relative wages are going down. It’s misleading that they don’t indicate that .

        Relative wages being actual real wages. People now have less spending power than they did before. It’s completely meaningless to talk about wages going up or down without the context of spending power.

          I’m not debating economics with you, I’m just talking about what people will think when they read the title. I don’t see why you’re so unwilling to accept a news site may not have a perfect title, especially such a heavily biased one.

            The title accurately states that wages went down in real terms, I’m still not clear what you’re claiming is misleading about that.
