Sorry, haven’t been around for a while. I used a 3% brine solution with plenty of extra. It was the first time I used the Ball fermentation lids so I didn’t know how much compression I was going to get. It turned out great. I will be doubling the recipe next time, not that I actually had a recipe to start with.
