Scheduled for delivery today. Unintentionally requested collection from Post Office, called this AM and the person on the phone said no record of my request so likely coming to my home address.

Email says delivery scheduled between 00:00 and 00:00. Is that normal?

Fuck my fucking life. Given all the people who report Parcelfarce not delivering to them on the day, I decided to have a look at the collect from Post Office option.

But as soon as you click the link, it tells you that they’ve updated your preferences, the driver will take your parcel to a post office and will leave you a card through the door. So might as well have waited for it to be delivered to me.

Now I have no idea where it’ll go and what time I’ll get it. Also no idea how to collect. And no option to undo this selection.

Valve have completely ignored my support ticket from earlier this week. Not even a robotic “shut up and wait, peasant”. Have now raised a second ticket asking for refund and I think I’ll spam them with tickets every day if no response. I’ve had it now.

I lost the plot now 🙃

No emails, no communication, nothing. That’s the concerning part. There are just no updates, like my package fell into a black hole.

I’m so tired of this fucking charade now. No shipping updates since 24/25th on GLS, it’s been nearly a week since it shipped. How can there be no indication of where my Deck is? The people reporting it just turning up randomly don’t reassure me either.

I feel like I can’t leave the house properly or go to the office if I want to because it may turn up and if I’m not in I’ll never find out what happened to my Deck (people reporting it just sitting at a depot without any sort of notification).

It’s over half a thousand pounds that I might as well have flushed down the toilet. It’s starting to affect my mental health, I’ve not been sleeping well for the last couple of days.

I know it’s a first world problem or what but it’s a lot of money that’s gone missing and Valve don’t give a flying fuck. I don’t even believe they’d give me a refund. They’ll just keep saying that it takes 3-5 days forever more.

If you do a chargeback there’s a good chance they’ll ban your account… we’re truly held hostage and just have to let Valve fuck us however they like.

I’ve had enough, messaged Steam support asking them to trace the package with GLS/Parcelforce.

This whole thing is a fucking shambles. Next time I’ll buy from a scalper on eBay.
