No, Steam is a store and a content delivery mechanism. It has the option to add DRM, which developers may choose to do, but don’t have to. There are games which can be purchased on Steam and which can be launched without the Steam client, just like any normal program.

All the electronics of the Liberty Phone are made in our USA facility, and the entire phone is assembled at that same facility.
I suppose that this is the reason for the high price. It’s built all in one single factory in the US (I was too lazy to research if it’s their factory). I hope that their target groups are real and that they can afford the phone.

Critical thinking is definitely important, but I would say that the most underrated skill is communication (spoken and written).
Parents will do almost anything in order to be able to be with their children again, no matter how unsafe. That’s one of the reasons this is so messed up.
