  • Don’t lose hope! I’ve just got my steam deck oled. For two days I received emails from GLS telling me I would be delivered the next day. I make me available for two days and finally I was not delivered. This morning I had no more news but I knew that it had been at the Gls depot for two days. I went straight up to pick it up. The funny thing is that in the tracking, the parcel is still marked as being in transit. Well done GLS



  • French here. GLS is making me mad. I ordered the steam deck oled on Thursday 16 November at 19:25. The tracking number was created on 22.11 at 23h29 and was given to GLS on 23.11 at 18h42. It has been in transit since 23.11 at 18h52 and has been blacked out ever since. GLS France does not know where the parcel is as it left from abroad. So they just told me that the package was still in the Netherlands. The delivery driver probably has to come on foot. It’s a real pain. I’ve sent a message to Steam support but I haven’t heard back yet…
