heck that’s gorgeous! How did you cut the patterns in the doors? I have been considering building a small wall cabinet for holding candles and incense, and I want a pierced panel like that to be in the door.

Thanks for posting this - I need to build one of these myself (well really something in between the record displays that @Billy_Gnosis@lemmy.ml posted and this) - I like flipping through my collection, but I want something that looks a little mid-century like this and holds the turntable too.
$220 is a great deal for whoever bought it, that looks like it’d cost quite a bit more, and they got it their exact desired dimensions/design/materials. Considering a sheet of mahogany plywood costs $100 out the gate, I think you could easily raise your prices :)
this reminded me of this fun article I read a few years ago about how the costume designers used IKEA furs in their crafting of the outfits: https://www.core77.com/posts/68390/After-Game-of-Thrones-Capes-Revaled-to-Be-Ikea-Rugs-Ikea-Releases-How-To-Instructions
this is pretty heckin sweet - I like how the sleeves ended up all wrinkley, definitely gives it that old worn velveteen rabbit vibe.
