  • A lot of these answers don’t make sense. If you’re playing at 720p, performance will be identical to the Deck as a handheld. You can use tools like FSR to sharpen up the image to the native resolution of your screen. But as long as 720p is fine for you, then yes, 100% worth it to use docked. I use mine mainly plugged into a 4K tv, with most in game settings set to 720p or 900p if the game can handle it, then use FSR to sharpen it to 4K. It doesn’t compare at all to native 4K, but it’s not horrible either. Played through all of Hogwarts Legacy and Cyberpunk this way and it just felt like playing on an Xbox One or PS4. If your direct comparison is a Nvidia 4080, of course it’ll be less favorable than that. Compared to last gen consoles, in my opinion it’s plenty good enough.
