My understanding is that intention is not uncommonly litigated; I believe the question of “intent to deceive” is central to trademark law, for example. That’s also what the the “degrees” of murder etc are about.
Disclaimer: I’m not a lawyer. I do read an awful lot of contacts and talk to lawyers.

My understanding is that the business names are there because Inari is a kami associated with merchants and businesspeople. They donate a gate, slap the company name on it, and Inari provides.

They’re both mass-market pulp that are entertaining to read. There’s plenty of sci-fi and fantasy that’s literature: Ursula LeGuin, Tolkien, Gene Wolfe, NK Jemisin, Vonnegut… the list goes on.
I’ve been using Miryoku for almost a year now, and I love it. The home row mods became natural surprisingly quickly. I do still need to tweak a setting somewhere; I tend to leave accidental "j"s around when I get found fast and an going for a capital on the left hand.
I mean, it’s Tom Clancy. It’s a fun read, like Dan Brown or Brandon Sanderson, but it’s not literature or anything.
People worry about conservatives just having more kids but realistically they work lower end jobs and don’t have money for that. Imagine raising 3-4 kids in this economy, not many will do that.
I suspect there are a lot of corpos voting red, especially once you get to the C-suite. I don’t think it does any favors to anyone to assume that Trump’s sweep was just the redneck vote.

Oregon here. Black or blue pen, in the comfort of your own home. Ballots get mailed out weeks ahead of time to everyone in the state, then you can pop them in the mail or bike over to the local library or wherever your closest dropbox is. Ranked choice voting for Portland for the first time this year, too.
