Hi! I just wanted to let you know that the project you linked to has been abandoned. I tried contributing a while back but didn’t get anything merged. Therefore I started a fork which is a bit more active, and has some improvements. I’ll admit that I haven’t been super active lately, but if anyone wants to contribute, PRs are very welcome :)
For me, I really like the Unparalleled Flagships (just got a hole in them, but I think I’ll be able to resole). I kind of regret not sizing down 1/2 size. They are quite hard to slip on when new, but once you have them on they are actually quite large. The runner up for me would be the Scarpa Instinct VSR. They are much stiffer, so I like both of them depending on the terrain.
Considering buying some La Sportiva Solutions.
It was interesting to see some of the competitors chalking up and some using water for the last holds.

In Norway we have “Ola Nordmann” and “Kari Nordmann”. Ola and Kari are pretty common and generic names. Nordmann literally means Norwegian, but can also be used as a last name.

Definitely. I think the trick is to slowly build up to it!
I read some advice somewhere where someone suggested to do continuous fall practice on the first route of the day. e.g. When you’re at the third clip do a fall right at the clip, then halfway to the next clip do a fall, then at the next clip (before clipping in) do a fall. I think this should get you over the fear of falling, at least for that session
