I was commenting a fair bit early on, but have stopped so much cause that’s just how I react to social media.

Have completely stopped using Reddit after baconreader died, and check Lemmy once, maybe twice a day. Nowhere near what I did Reddit but such is the way of things.

It has led me to go properly check out Mastodon so I’m more active over there (but still not really active)

  • Yeah, but there’s at least one community I’ve found that’s on an instance that have defederated my main, so what I posted there the other day gained zero traction, and only found out the reason last night (re-found the community through Mastodon and couldn’t see my own post). So having alt accounts for those edge cases is my thinking

Plus I post sightly different things on my nsfw account compared to this one 🤣

  • Lemmy.ml - Signed up here first, was recommended to it as a general place to sign up to

•Lemmy.blahaj.zone - Egg memes, blåhaj memes, just memes

•Lemmy.world - Handy for extra world news communities

Lemmynsfw.com - Do I need to explain. This is under a different name, but I’ve kinda used that name over on the other place and I’m slowly bringing my content over (plus new stuff)

I only use one and four regularly

Partners family named their first cat Punky cause she had hair like a punk. Then all the subsequent ones have been music genres.

    Punky birthed: •Mod •Rock •Hippy •Techno •Jazz …and outlived them all

A stray cat wandered in not long after punky passed and birthed two more so now there is Funk and Soul. I think it’s mean that the ginger is named Soul.

  • 27th May - Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.

It was alright, good film you can put on and zone out to. I wasn’t actively watching it out was in the background while I was visiting family.

I know when and what it was cause I keep a list of every film I watch, the day I watched it, and if it’s the first time I’ve seen it. The last new film I’ve seen was Rio 2, same date and same occasion.

Have been doing this for many years and thought I’d lost a couple years of data when Google decided to update the notes app and all my archived lists vanished, but I retrieved a backup (luckily)
