All this talk about status not updating after “In transit” reminded me that Steam redirects to gls-group.eu site for tracking, while the GLS email redirects to gls-info.nl. The weird thing is that the EU site says that my package was handed over to GLS and left the parcel center on the 24th 16:39. Meanwhile the NL site says that GLS only received the package on the 24th 16:39 (the same time that it supposedly shipped according to the other site) but haven’t shipped it yet.
Also, another weird thing is that they gave me 2 different tracking numbers. The one that shipped/was handed over to GLS and another one which they have yet to receive from Valve, its status being “The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.” They also have different timestamps for when they received the data. Seems like they fucked something up.
