Same thing for me, exactly the same launch day order, 7 days to ship and no updates since last week. Fucking ridiculous.

14 fucking days since i placed my order, still hasnt even arrived in the UK. 7 days to fucking ship the thing and 5 days of it being in transit. Worst fucking service ever.

Anyone in the UK got anything saying theirs has now reached the UK? Seems like some of the 24th transit batch have reached other destinations around Europe

I think its time everyone who has their Steam Deck in transit should all contact valve and hopefully there is enough of us that do it they actually look into this batch of 24th/25th Decks that are ‘In Transit’ and find out whats going on because it clearly isnt just a few people its quite a lot of us. Maybe if they realise how many actually have the issue they can actually do something about it. If 1 or 2 of us send in a support ticket they will just tell us to wait if we all do it maybe we have a chance

If it were at the bottom of the English Channel atleast its moved. In reality all our decks are sitting in a GLS warehouse because some lazy fuck wants to do the bare minimum work on their job

Just got off the phone to Parcelforce to ask if they had any updates on their end (perhaps it was being held in customs in the UK or something) turns out even though its been in Transit since the 24th it hasn’t even left the Netherlands yet. What an absolute joke, i should have just kept my LCD and been happy with what i had. Thank you GLS for showing me how shit you are at shipping packages even though that is your only purpose.

Ordered mine on the 16th, 21 minutes after launch. Exact same updates as yours when putting parcelforce tracking number into their site i have just a GLS status from 24/11/2023. Others can see when it was exported and when its arrived in the UK etc. Are you able to see anything when tracking on parcelforce?

Has anyone in the UK had their GLS tracking update from ‘In transit’ over the weekend?
