I think you’re right. kinda wish it wasn’t a jerboa tho, or at least a different style icon. I think it’s pretty ugly in it’s current form :(

Eh, I’m pretty used to gnome already, and I haven’t had much energy to really customize much after work everyday. I think I still have the default Ubuntu desktop background lol. mostly I focus on fixing things like my soundcard (don’t ask why I have a soundcard in 2023, I don’t know either) or strangeness with my monitor setup, or getting filesync between desktop and steam deck setup

I just put Ubuntu on my gaming computer a month ago. it’s my first time trying Linux and so far I’m enjoying it a lot. the first couple weeks were hard when I was trying to handle the weird things in my setup that didn’t work right away, but now that most things are set up I can’t imagine ever switching back to windows. Even just using plasma I stead of gnome feels a little weird now, like it’s too windows-y lol

I think it’d be more fun to just call us Lemurs
