I go from Three musketeer to wizard of the Court in about 1 month. Generally I just prefer not to cut my hair, but it will reach full length in about 1 year and then just stop growing any longer.

These guys seem like they also chose this hairstyle because it’s just less work and you spend less time being uncomfortable.

I think you might underestimate how easy it is to grow your hair out and stop shaving and instantly become a Jesus look-alike. No effort needed.

Also, these two dudes look extremely different from each other and obviously they look nothing like Jesus who was a 5 and 1/2 ft tall brown skinned Semite.

An app has been shut down on the unsubstantiated claims that it was a tool of foreign influence but on the apparent reasoning that it was facilitating conversations that western social media is hostile to such as the Israeli extermination of Palestinians.

Palestine and Gaza were specifically cited by congresspeople as an inspiration and justification for the ban. It is plainly censorship. That’s not really debatable.

Whether or not you believe that the censorship was reasonable or if there is sufficient evidence of subversive foreign influence using the platform is possibly debatable, but the fact that it is censorship is not.

Add in Factorio and I think you have 75% of my steam play hours listed there.

Meanwhile there is tons of evidence that IDF soldiers are raping and sexually abusing prisoners. I’m sure Israel will get right on that…

If Israel has evidence they should really go ahead and present it.

This is one of my favorite movies ever. When I originally saw it in French with English subtitles I had no idea there was an English version of it. A year after I started dating my forever girl she found it playing at a movie theater nearby and took me to it as a surprise.

I have to say I was incredibly surprised that this movie was in the theater.

Maybe he meant collaboration but he got lost somewhere along the way…

I’ll admit just one thing to that list, “dry air”. It makes my nose dry and increases pressure in my head though the lingering possibility that I have a brain tumor flying under the radar hiding behind sinus congestion is always a possibility.

No way to know but I’d better eat an apple and pound a quart of water just to be sure. I’m sure I have some peanuts and raisins around here too and I should eat a whole head of broccoli just in case… If the head ache goes on past that I try a nap before I get fancy chemicals involved.

Kind of ironic that a nation with forced conscription doesn’t end up having any civilians over the age of 18 because it turns them all into combatants.

I think that’s actually part of the Gambit. By smearing everybody in shit they more or less compel everyone to have to defend the state to protect themselves from the consequences of things they did when they were young and easily manipulated into becoming monsters.

It doesn’t mean they’re not monsters, it just means that a lot of innocent children got turned into monsters who are no longer innocent or children.

There is no rank higher than your humanity and you have an obligation to submit to it. These soldiers should have known before they turned 18 not to kill children and that bulldozers attacking houses is wrong. They should have known better and possibly many of them did. I hope every polite nation arrests these people and sends them to the Hague.

I wish them all the worst.

Even if it’s just a competing team of oligarchs fighting over who can produce the most amount of animosity and mistrust of the other, they’re going to accidentally stumble across some shit that the other one doesn’t want you to see and then they’ll show it to you.

It turns out we don’t have any way of getting clean unbiased sources so the best we can do is just have a lot of different ones with different biases since there is no such thing as clean public media anymore.

Accountability for official corruption in a world that thought that rich and powerful people were above the law.

It’s weird cuz when I go to the site I don’t see anything like that as even an option.

I don’t see any option that says “need help signing in” and you have to type in your social security number before you even get to the page that has your phone number on it? What am I missing?

I have two physical copies, I own it on steam, and it is the reason I learn how to bootleg games so that I could give a copy of it to all of my friends.

A couple years ago I recycled a whole bunch of laptops and loaded each one up with a version of Windows 10 that I hacked into submission specifically to play this game. Each device is loaded with a connection to a talescale VPN and a few games that we used to play in high school.

Warlords 3, Warcraft 3 (and TFT), unreal tournament, quake 3, MechWarrior two mercenaries, metal fatigue, command & conquer Red alert 2 (and Yuri’s revenge), age of empires 2 with all the fixins, civilization 3, and some childhood magic like the windows entertainment pack, space cadet pinball, a bunch of emulators and roms, and some dos classics like DX ball and epic pinball.

I sent everybody an Xbox controller too.

Honestly, The thing we play the most of together is probably Quake 3.

Since these laptops ‘just work’ they’ve become the default gaming console for many of the kids too. I’m a video game Evangelist.

Psygnosis made one of my favorite games of all time: metal fatigue. If I were a billionaire I would remake it.
