It’s crazy that some people think this stuff coming up is the first time they did something wrong. This guy has being doing similar things for that whole 25 years, he only just now got caught.
I think so, yeah. I was just making it obvious that this is not out of the blue most likely. Him being an officer for 25 years before this is not a good thing. It’s a sign the system failed.
