    What even is the point of this rule? My man caught the football. The other team should have been better at preventing him from doing that. I swear to god the NFL is horny for rules that don’t need to exist.

    I’m a former Saints fan who gave up on the NFL after the terrible uncalled PI in 2019 or whenever it was.

      In the nfl, if you are a lineman, you have to report to the refs that you are pinning up as a receiver, which was what #68 did. The refs were also informed before the game about this as well. After he caught the 2-point conversion, the ref threw a flag saying he didn’t report, and didn’t succeed on their next two attempts. This almost certainly because it was the cowboys ring of honor night where they huffed glue from the 90s all night.

      Also this is probably a terrible explanation because I’m still pissed off

        No that’s exactly what happened. 90’s glue huffing was rampant in that game.
