        Not the person you replied too but it’s worth noting there are many ways to make pancakes without any dairy or eggs

            I’ve made them that way for large groups there were good and no one was able to notice anything different. You can even use most pancake mixes just using plant milks instead of dairy milk and a plant-based egg like Just Egg

                Nope, this includes multiple people who are actively hostile to plant-based foods and more than ready to attack it for any perceived slights. As in people who were claiming it was going to be bad/off before it was made and then actually tried it and liked it

                Maybe you’ve just had some one who’s a bad chef make it, but there’s really not much difference here. Like changing binding agent to something with the same kind of properties doesn’t change all that much
