Why do I see so many people printing tug boats? Has it overtaken the teapot?
The benchy tug boat is a test for 3d printers, the teapot was a test for 3d graphics.
But why wasn’t the teapot adopted? Is the boat a better test for a printer?
It actually has a bunch of features that will test out the printer, like the bridges that make up the roof or the details on the back or bottom.
I need a banana for scale here…
For reference, its a 500% benchy. I have no idea what the small one was. I printed it when the arachne wall engine was new as a test.
