I leave for a trip next week Thursday. I ordered an oled on Saturday and it shipped out Monday, as expected. The estimate is 3-5 working days. The first three events clicked off like clockwork (very similar to both my and my mates LCD shipping times from a couple months ago). The next legs are when it’s hit UK and then gets delivered, but I’m not seeing any updates.

I wouldn’t be too worried if I wasn’t needing it next week, but yeah. Just curious whether other UK based purchasers are seeing similar. Not sure I want to contact support unless I reach the 6 day mark, of course at that point it’d probably be too late to reorder.

Tell me I’m panicking unnecessarily and the courier company has a lot of packages on order during the black Friday rush…

    Anyone hwre ordered to Poland? I have ordered 28.11, today 00:21 left GLS and in transit. There is mail from them that it should arrive 05.12. Steam store showing information about 3-5 working days.

    Ordered on launch date, stuck on “The parcel is on its way to the final parcel center.” At this point i think i will just ask for a refund and order it again as i may get it faster. Dogshit delivery

    It’s slow shipping as Valve have went for the absolutely cheapest option.

    I ordered as soon as they fixed the payment issues and was sent out on the 25th and zero updates since then. I’ve also just ordered a package from Japan saying 2-9 business days and fully expect that to arrive before this.

    Easily the worst launch I’ve been a part of, losing out due to bots/scalpers/demand is one thing, but to actually buy an item and have to deal with this nonsense has been a complete pain.

    Same here mines been stuck with no updates “on its way to final delivery depot” since the 21st and to make matters worse steam support isnt responding and its been over 72 hours. bit of a joke really.

    i orded mine on the 14th this month although it was a 512gb lcd version got it the 18th so most likely either a mix of sale and the fact the oled just kinda came out

    6 to 10 days projected, got it on the 6th day. I’m from the Netherlands. GLS tracking is shit though, they updated the delivery time to a new date whilst the driver was apparently already en route. Had many issues with gls in the past.

    Mine took 3 working days after GLS said they received it to get to parcel force. The 3-5 working days only started on the 27th (as it’s from the date GLS actually pick it up, not the label print date). I’d expect parcelforce to get it today and deliver tomorrow judging from my timescales, which means the 3-5 working days is correct. Keep an eye on your emails for notification from parcelforce, or check their tracking on parcelforce directly. My GLS tracking didn’t update that parcelforce had it till the day it was delivered (and even then it didn’t say it was delivered till the day after I got it).

    When I ordered mine about a year ago, it was stuck on the same status as this. I got an email one morning saying it was arriving and this section never updated.

    It may be closer than you think!

    UK here, too. Mine left the parcel centre on 26/11 and is due for delivery today, so, if yours goes like mine, you’ll get a parcelforce email soon and it should arrive tomorrow/Saturday. Fingers crossed for you! The wait after “left the parcel centre” is painful!

    Bro mines not even gotten past the initial GLS IT system message. Check parcelforce to see if they have it. Way more progress than me and a lot of others
