Wondering how it came? Better , worse , new or refurbished?

    I received my LE today and unfortunately have a dead pixel myself. I’ve sent an RMA request but have a question, when you talk with support do they give you an option to have the screen replaced and keep the LE colorway since it’s sold out? I’m not sure I am thrilled with waiting a month or so to get this thing back and may just order a 1TB anyway and return, just curious on my options

    Nope, I sent mine away last Saturday at 9 am, won’t be arriving at the facility in Utah apparently with the shipping they chose until Next Monday, and then 3 days of processing, ~6 days of return shipping…

    If it’s not new / same model (and unblemished) I’ll be returning it I think. I went ahead and bought a glossy model b/c I realized that it’ll be about Christmas before I see the replacement LE, and if I waited until then to order my replacement it’d be like 1-2 weeks into January.

    My very first Steam Deck had to be RMA…L3 didn’t work. They sent me a brand new one…sucks because I had to reinstall everything, but def goes to show they will take care of you so just got to be patient…took about 2 weeks after shipping
