Mine also 25th with GLS. Reading these threads looks like most deliveries that were handed to GLS on 25th went missing. Has anyone had a delivery/any further updates whose SD was with GLS on 25th? Maybe we should start a spreadsheet to track
Same situation here. Ordered 16th. Received the shipped email on the 24th, but it only started moving on GLS on the 25th which I guess is when it was handed over and nothing since.
Mine was 25th also, exactly the same situation. I think until the est. 10 working days is up there’s not much anyone can do other than risk a reorder. It’s a complete shambles though, I’ve never known anything like it. If it is indeed a customs paperwork issue, I don’t know how that gets resolved. Valve will continue down the “just wait”

My one is the same as yours, 25th shipped. Nothing new updated.
GLS processed on 25th, dispatched 27th and should arrive at my doorstep in the next few hours.
A bunch of UK people were commenting yesterday saying they got ‘delivery scheduled’ emails from Parcelforce for today.
Based on that logic, I imagined mine would arrive today as well (left 25th as well), but no. Nothing.
I have no idea what the hell is happening anymore.

No ParcelForce email or tracking updates so they haven’t received it yet either.
