Anyone else having Parcelforce status now stuck at “Prepared for Delivery” without being sent on delivery, after two days in a row of the package being sent on delivery and then returned to the depot without any delivery attempt?
Parcelforce clueless despite complaining via multiple channels. Like many others on here, I feel like I’ve been scammed. I could have got on with my life on Friday and Monday if I’d known they weren’t even going to bother with a delivery attempt
Parcleforce just rang me up and said they might have a problem bigger than tracking as it looks like some have gone “missing” so it’s being escalated to management.
