    ugh, when they get to the part about the math and projections of the deal… and how the council only had 24 hours to review it with Shithead Daley cramming it on them… seriously, even if I were neutral about privatization/ outsourcing of public infrastructure… deals like this should be impossible to approve.

    when the public tries to form a public organization to manage a public good, it takes an act of Christ and the capitalists get months to drag it in the mud. but something like this can happen in less than a day where the dozen or so council members don’t even have to know what they’re agreeing to.

    the city should be able to void the contract and completely fuck over the private partner and if they complain, they should get fucking disappeared and have their real estate holdings seized by eminent domain.
