    That’s kinda small fries for big mobile releases.

    Google (and Apple) takes a 30% cut for all IAP.

    A random search showed Diablo Immortal made about $500 million in the first year, and it isn’t even in the top 10 best selling mobile games. 30% of $500mil is $150mil.

    I’m sure Fortnite was hitting billion dollar revenues every year. So Google offering $147mil, while still taking 30%, isnt really much.

      But do Google imposes to use their IAP in the apps that are in the Play Store?

      I know Apple does but I thought Google was letting the devs use their own payment processor if they want to.

        No, they have to use Google’s payment processing now.
