On the 24th of June, despite some pretty wild weather with a thunderstorm hanging in the air, around 30 people gathered at Nowy Teatr in Warsaw for Wildland’s 0.1 Release Meetup.

    Looks cool. But I don’t understand why Wildland makes “data silos” as we know them obsolete.

    I mean Wildland is about the frontend. But the backend and the hardware is not replaced, or? What replaces the gratis clouds which finance themselves with our data? And will people use it if it costs something?
