Also, maybe they had a mechanical issue and that was the best they could do. Maybe they really really needed to shit now and pretty parking at the back of the lot was lower priority than ‘not shitting myself in public’.

Omg I worked as a food delivery driver a long time ago and got a parking ticket while picking up food because of this exact scenario. The town didn’t care and I had to pay it.
