Mission Impossible was a TV show before Tom Cruise was a household name.

I like the idea that Tom Cruise himself is the reason that the missions are impossible. His very presence makes everything more difficult.

Shouldn’t we estimate from time of adulthood of TC for missions to have remained possible? Otherwise we’re assuming baby Cruise was im-ing the possible missions.
