I don’t know man. I see this as a genius move on their part. Everyone knows the approximate size of a double bed, and I can’t think of a better way to show scale for the rooms picked for this post.

Plus the fact that it was reasonably practical to haul that bed around speaks to spacious passage ways

Was there consent though? I don’t know how comfortable I am knowing the trauma the double bed has to go through with it’s shower pic everywhere online

I think in the shower one the bed is redundant since it looks like a standard size toilet, sink, and bath, and people can tell the size of those by looking at them. The bed just guarantees no bamboozle.

Yes, and I get a warm feeling seeing our little Lemmy has grown up enough to have it! It’s like when your kid discovers knock-knock jokes.

Editing to add, my own kids have recently finished moving out. I want to replace the 2 twin beds crowded into their room with one queen futon-onna-frame the cat and I can use as a sofa, and one of them can share with a significant other if they visit or have to move back in for awhile. Recommend or warn me about particular brands you’ve slept/fucked on?

I encourage you to consider day beds instead of a futon! Granted I’ve only had a crappy one but it wasn’t a comfortable bed or couch they are sorta the worst of both worlds. In a daybed you can have the best of both worlds of an actual mattress and it being a couch. I’m pretty sure I’ve slept on this one before and what’s nice is they put a memory foam or foam topper over it when the bed was extended so you didn’t notice a crease from the two mattresses. Idk what they did with the topper when it was couch mode maybe just folded it in half. I could try finding out if you want.

Or get an actual pull out sofa. If price is an issue though daybeds have about as variation in price as futons when I last did my research.
