I’m looking for other transgender people to be friends with. I used to be antisocial but now that I have been on e for a few months I feel so much better and I want to find some friends to play games with like Minecraft, Terraria, and Spelunky. I don’t really know where to make friends but doing it locally isn’t an option because I live in the middle of nowhere unfortunately.

Maybe try finding small discord groups for those specific games.
I think in this case the opposite is probably the better approach. Find trans/more generally queer discord/matrix rooms and then find people that play similar games
I’ve tried discord but haven’t had any luck yet.
Check out element and find “The Apothecary” very good and trans friendly community.

Yeah I don’t have as much time as I used to either. I gotta write a paper today after I get home from work, but if you have a discord, I’ll join and we can talk sometime later if that’s fine.
I had success in smaller communities around more niche topics. For example the discord server of a smaller content creator or game.
I had good experiences on the discord servers for Amethyst-szs (~450 members, <30 active) and transsocial.space (30 members, <10 active, not a lot of activity in general tho)
