Since the admin and her best friend are spreading untruth as well as publishing blacklists with harassment and false accusations, without verifying, if the data is true, we do not see it as worthy of federation with such toxicity.
Since the administration refused direct communication, direct methods via the server provider were necessary. Unfortunately, this made the provider spread more untruths by claiming that it was going to have the entire instance taken down.
At the same time, “friends” of the administration began to report my Mastodon profile in a way that it was suspended for distributing child pornography and publishing private and personal information.
Legal actions have been already initiated by me. (Edit: Not against toot.lgbt, but to the false accusation because of CP)
Since the instance is still posing themselves as victims and making claims that they are being threatened, I am still in contact with the server provider’s Abuse Team.
If you use data from a blacklist without verifying that the data is correct, don’t cry when the abuse team of your server provider contacts you and asks you to delete something!
Of course, if you are without any sense now, you can take that as a threat. But if one has all bars on the fence, it is pure information that you have not reflected anything!

As you can see, their Mastodon instance is not blamed in any way, just 2 entries on their blacklist that are against the law due to false accusation. So if you still believe toot.lgbt that they are being threatened, there is no help for you, because this is a simple abuse notice to have content removed. Who can not make the difference, should keep their hands off the administration of any services!
