You’d use that in court to show how serious the fight was.
Assaulting a police officer has two standard. It’s a higher punishment if you need medical care.
So dudes would call an ambulance to get a band aid put on to qualify for the greater chargers. They received medical care.

Yet he’ll get charged and got to jail/prison and is society safer ?
He’ll plea because no way he can afford a lawyer.
