    Absolutely. But only a few times per year. Aso magnesium beforehand, and she’s chewing gum available. Drink water AND something with electrolytes. It’ll help your body absorb the water more. It’s going to be difficult to pee for a while. Be in good company. Have good music or some food stimulation.
