If it was the flintlock from the nightstand photo that’s a non-firing replica, which makes it slightly less crazy of a thing to do. Still dumb though.
I’d guess that this vintage gun is the replica flintlock pistol Musk keeps on his bedside table, but I wouldn’t put it past him to have as many two-hundred-year-old guns as he has children.

did he do a voice in it?
It is not clear if he got any voiced role, beyond that the noted cameo from back when the game was released: https://www.cnet.com/culture/cyberpunk-2077-is-this-an-elon-musk-cameo/ But this appearance matches the description in the report of being a cameo.
