I slept terribly the other night and I found out I have some allergies. A bad night’s sleep really ruined my fitness and work routines. What are your best tips for a good night’s sleep?

My tip is to read a fiction book as your nighttime relaxing time.

Also, keep a hot water bottle at the foot of your bed.

None of the following suggestions are especially obscure but I have seen these help people: Sleep hygiene is important. Go to bed around the same time every night, wake up around the same time every morning. Don’t eat too close to bed time. mileage will vary but white noise is popular for people as well. Try not to just sit there for hours becoming progressively more anxious about not sleeping. Get up and do a quiet activity for 15 or 20 minutes then try to fall back asleep again. Exercise daily at least a few hours before bedtime
