My tip is to read a fiction book as your nighttime relaxing time.
Also, keep a hot water bottle at the foot of your bed.
I recently tried taking melatonin tablets, they seem help somewhat from what I can tell. I think what helps me sleep the most is simply nice cool temperatures, I always go out like a rock on days where it is roughly around 10°C outside.
