With all those “we want to be a fast tutorial” sites and videos I have a fundamental problem, which is:

They don’t explain what the language/frame work is for?

A few days ago I saw a video about Rust and Elm and I don’t know if it was a comparison or if you could even do the same stuff with it or is the one thing used only for backend and one of them for frontend and both are fitting well together?

Just a complete mess if it’s about beginning with something and getting fundamental information.
