It’s very important for one’s mental health to celebrate good things rather than let them fade away. How do you do it, people?

      Nice, any good examples? I usually eat too fast to truly enjoy it and then get bloated and tense. Maybe I’m just not used to the food that supposed to be eaten slowly, with appreciation.

    Me personally: I keep journal of video recordings where I describe my experience on the way to achievement, all the stress and pain points that are finally solved now
