I thought, coconut milk is made by soaking the white bits of coconut fruit (“flesh”) in water; while the coconuts naturally contain a clear liquid called “coconut juice” or “coconut water”.
But do some coconuts naturally have a milky white liquid inside instead of a clear liquid?
Coconut milk is not water with coconut flesh soaked in it. To get coconut milk, you grate coconut flesh, pulverise it (Using a juicer for example) and then squeeze or strain the result, seperating coconut milk from the chaff.
Coconut water is just the water inside a coconut.
Is it actually water?
It’s mostly water, but so are you.

I’ve never seen that. The water usually has a whiteish hue.
Young coconut water can be sweet and slightly bubbly, and the fruit is absolutely fantastic, like butter. You can’t experience that without a coconut tree.
I second that. I haven’t seen coconut with white water and I’ve tried coconut in different countries
