ive flunked out twice already and very nervous about going back to school i tried to pick a program im very interested in and just a certificate program to learn the skills and maybe the teachers will know of some jobs i can do after i complete the program any advice on not having another mental breakdown halfway through the semester and failing again? im afraid my medication may not be enough, ill need coping skills too

    Good luck :) try to fall into a self care routine. Every morning I’m journaling, meditating, and eating breakfast.

      ya i need to start meditating, its the one part of buddhism im really bad at practicing, instead i just try to make myself busy

    Make use of every support service available to you, especially the college’s own one. Basically just set up multiple safety nets to ensure that no matter how bad it gets, you never end up flunking.

      i think my best bet is gonna be that i have to take a cert program so itll only be courses i actually care about heres hoping i can get all this setup by january online courses r gonna be an issue tho i suck at studying at home
