The audio sounds like it’s being played underwater. Still, it’s a first step toward creating more expressive devices to assist people who can’t speak.

    The most interesting part of this and all other “AI brain reading” research to date is that fMRI imaging can only be sequenced 10 seconds apart.

    So it’s not only reading the brain, it’s doing so based on only a 10 second slideshow of what’s going on in the brain.
