New employee from China can't run our app (our app is blocked in China). Boss is trying to ask if new employee is using a Chinese VPN. Nobody is taking Boss seriously

To clarify, Mr Wang is no longer in China, and our app is blocked in China because of technology sanctions against China (which we are fighting)
