(The oniony part is the cell not having a prisoner in it.)
In the article the prison guard admitted to leaving a person in the cell to long and they splattered on the walls so hard it took ages to clean.
I forgot I had him in there and I had to go to the bathroom!
Somebody forgot to put a lid on those prisoners. Rookie mistake.
