I’ve taken a look at Peertube in the past and I remember finding some genuinely cool instances and creators… but I promptly forgot them and neglected to write it down, dingus as I am.
Although I’m looking for science/tech/environmental and educational instances and creators, feel free to mention any that you enjoy ^^

In general, you can use Sepia Search to find videos about certain topics, across instances.
diode.zone seems kaput. Andy Balaam (who used to use it) has moved to https://video.infosec.exchange/
It does have a banner at the top saying that people should move their videos to other instances, but it still has some good content on there.
Of course it is peertube.30p87.de! (Not really, I’ve never actually used that instance)
