    But what I think will happen is, they run trump again (if he’s still alive, that is), then supreme court says he’s inelligible by 5-4.

    Then they tell the Magats to write him in anyways. Then if he wins the write in vote, he wouldn’t technically be eligible, but the democratic candidate also won’t have the electoral vote to be president. Then they’ll vote him in as Speaker of the House (who does not need to be a member of the house), then trump becomes acting president. Supreme court then says its fine because its only acting president, so the “shall not be elected more than twice” clause doesn’t apply.
