Focusing on the concrete consequences of Donald Trump’s funding freezes, rather than abstract arguments about democracy, could be the way forward.

      Exactly. They’ve been trying to shed our poor asses since like 1972, finally realized their dream of becoming the party of the Cheney clan, are out of power (so they can tell the hippies the forever wars are the GOP’s fault), and the PR execs who run the party just made a record setting cut of $1.5 billion. These people are living their best lives at a level we can barely imagine!

    How about an opportunity for literally anyone else other than these losers. They’ve had their chance to make meaningful change for decades. Nanci Pelosi just made another killing on stocks recently btw - a real role model

    Not gonna happen. A few stalwarts might actually make as much of stink as they are allowed but otherwise they will all bend over and let them happen.
