If you dont want to see those type of posts, then you can follow communities which dont include them. And block any instances/communities you dont like so they disappear from /all. You can also create your own community with your own rules, or your own instance. Neither of these things is difficult, they just need time and determination.

Some people post US politics on general communities. I have like a 100 communities blocked and I still see them.

It sucks because those communities aren’t all politics so I’d have to block the good content too.

Christ. All the actual questions are downvoted and the US politics is high up 🙄

No grudge against americans, but this is why i prefer explicitly non-us communities.

These low quality, upvote-farm posts should just be banned in general (not US politics in general, but they should have specific communities). I don’t see why we don’t just deal with this spam.

First post i saw was “Is “Dark Gothic Maga” a conspiracy theory like Q anon?” lol, i checked its link and it’s about how billionaires are going to destroy america (as if that’s an america only problem?) but tbf it was majorly downvoted and the mods are probably busy right now.

Even when you put a “NO US POLITICS!” sign, some people literally can’t read it lmao.
