I’m a big fan of copper frangibles myself. They have less over-penetration risk, as a bonus, but they can injure someone just as well.
You can also shoot on public land, or an outdoor range, rather than an indoor range which often ends up with large amounts of lead.

I’ve been using lipstick slugs, but they still have the problem that they break open on impact, so the lead gets exposed at the range. However, it does cut down on lead fumes at the firing point. I’ll look for copper frangibles for my next ones.
