That's usually done alongside a stable release of the new version replacing the early stable rather than rolling it out to stable.

Chromium 132.0.6834.79 moved from early stable to stable today. This is unusual since there’s usually a bug fix release after a week of early stable instead of it ever moving directly into the stable channel. There will be a new Vanadium release shortly.
