A study si more than 80k people (that’s a lot) shows that to be healthier, you don’t have to upset your habits or make time for new activities:

All-cause mortality is just that - all-cause. The results of the study do indeed point to an increased chance of hospitalisation from traffic incidents, but bike commuters live longer in spite of this increased risk.
Sorry to hear a driver tried to kill you. This happens to me as well while commuting. We can only hope that one day, they get what they deserve.
What do you get when you cross a car dependent society with a government that treats pedestrians like garbage? I’ll tell you what you get. You get what you fucking deserve!
Jokes aside, nobody who didn’t drive a car, and especially the children, deserved this. This is car drivers committing a mass suicide and bringing the rest of us with them.
